Sergeant Correy Speck admitted to the Polish Army Veterans’ Association in America.
On Thursday, a special celebration was held in the Polish consulate in New York. The event concerned the admission of sergeant Speck to the Polish Army Veterans’ Association in America. The Veterans’ Association, SWAP, is a more than 100-year old Polish organization launched by Polish Americans who contributed to the gift for Polish independence in General Heller’s army. SWAP cherishes these traditions and brings together all Polish American veterans.
Smolensk Air Disaster 2010
On Sunday, April 11th 2021, we commemorated the 11th anniversary of the Smolensk Air Disaster and the 81st anniversary of the Katyn Massacre. The event was held in The National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa, Doylestown, PA.
History of a commemorative plaque devoted to the victims of the Smolensk Disaster
The Original plaque was founded by the Association of Families Katyń 2010. It set itself the objective of spreading and preserving memory of the tragically deceased in the catastrophe of the government aircraft at Smolensk on 10 April 2010 and taking steps to clarify all the circumstances that led to disaster.
